FEES

1. $25.00 Initial Setup Fee. Paid only once for consecutive months with no break in service.

2. $12.00 per month. Minimum of 3 months required.

3. Pop 3 Email account is available to those who do not have a previous Email Account, for a one time fee of $10.00.

4. Additional Items above the limit of 30 will be added for a one time fee of $5.00 for every 10 items.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Initial payment (Setup Fee and first 3 months rent) is due by the 20th of the month before the store opens. The store will open the first day of the following month and remain open until the last day of the 3rd month.

2. To maintain your store, payment for each 3 months, is due by the 20th of the 3rd month of operation. If rent is not received by that date, the store will be closed on the first day of the next month, and another setup fee will be charged to reinstate the storefront.

3. There is no contract required. Each session runs for 3 months. You can terminate your storefront after any 3 month session. There will be no refunds.

4. All text, contact, policy, and payment information, plus photos that you supply, must be received by us by the 20th of each month for the monthly update of the site. You may send this information to us by Regular Post or Email. We will scan any photos that you send of items you are selling and place them on your site.

5. We are a Family Oriented Site, and will not accept any Adult Material ( Magazines, Movies, Photos, Books, etc). We reserve the right to refuse any material that does not meet the standards of our Mall.

6. This mall is reserved for Antique and/or Collectible Stores.

7. You will be able choose the payment most suitable to your business. You may choose Money Orders, Checks, telephoning for Charges, etc. You have direct contact with your customer through Email, Regular Mail, your 800 number, or regular telephone number. You will never be charged commission on your sales! You will only pay the rental rate as stated above no matter how much you sell!
