The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a large corner bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and a the third and fourth bedroooms both have twin beds. There is a bed settee in the great room which means that the villa can sleep up to 10 people. A high chair and crib are provided for infants. The second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The external areas of the villa are landscaped with sprinkler systems to ensure that the gardens remain green all year round. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a large electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and cooking and dining utensils. There is unbreakable crockery for use near the pool area. It is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The pool and sun lounger area has been designed so that you can enjoy the sun all day. A six foot privacy fence has been erected to ensure complete privacy. There is a shaded patio area with a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. The pool area is covered by a mesh to keep out insects and debris and there is a gas pool heater which is recommended for the winter months. The gas pool heating must be paid for seperately. Although Indian Point is a very safe community, for your additional security the villa has been fitted with security measures recommende by local police, window locks, dusk 'til dawn external light etc., and has a remotely monitored security system installed.
