One 1/2" tear at bottom (on the blank paper, not on written part). One small spot on left side not on the writing. This was a letter written by RM Mills requesting a large storage tank. He gives exact size, shape, and material. Mentions that it has to be put together on the site. Letter is Handwritten. Company was in Glenfield, NY Price: $4.00 + Shipping.
