It states that the Postal Life Insurance Company located in New York had received Mr. Rugg's monthly premium of $7.03 for his insurance policy. It is stamped with the signature of a Mr. Wyckoff who was treasurer of the insurance company. The receipt measures 6" by 3 1/2". Price: $4.00 + shipping.
