It mentions Lot 4 in Block Thirty Seven in the Second South Addition to the Village of Sheffield. It has been double matted with Black and dark green. The outer dimensions of the matting measure 11" by 14". NOTE: The white reflextion spots on the scan are due to the plastic covering used to protect the matt and deed. The Honorable A. W. Boyden was a banker in Sheffield. He was a member of the Legislature.
