(1277) November 15, 1858 - Legal Complaint - Robert Quigley - Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. - Condition: Very Good A wonderful handwritten document showing legal work completed. Mentions warrants served to Constable Franck, and Thomas Gallahen. Says that he (Thomas Gallahen) was the man that threw stones and he would do it again! No bail is offered and Thomas Gallahen was committed to County Goal. Mr. Quigley seems to have been fined fifty dollars for provication. A wonderful look at justice before the Civil War! SOLD!!
