This beautiful set of six lapel pins was produced to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Historic Race where the unbreakable 4 minute mile was broken. In 1954 Bannister and Landy were the first Track and Field runners to break this unbreakable mark with a time of 3:58:8, creating a Track and Field Milestone. This beautiful collection of cloisonne pins was sold during the 1994 Victoria Pan American Games in British Columbia. A prized addition to any Track and Field Fan's collection.
